what will happen with this change??

I have a Triton 176 aluminum 2005 boat and a 2005 johnson 90hp motor. It came with and still has a 14" dia 21'pitch prop which seems hard to fine for this motor. It has been suggested I use a 13 1/4" dia 21" pitch prop but the boat performs nicey as it is except i bent the prop on a rock. what if any difference will it make to change to the 13 1/4' prop? now the boat will trim out at 5400 rpm's and run about 55 mpg.

First you can probably get your prop fixed.Diameter is a product of the design.
Generally not of primary concern as long as you get the correct prop for your application.If you like what you have stick with the brand and style.
Check props here at iboats . 95 up V4 w V6 gear thru hub 15 spline uses 14" diameter, others 81 -newer tend to be about 13 ".thru hub 13 spline.
