what year and HP thanks

hello i think my motor is a late 80s 90 hp but not sure, the only #s are on the plug on the block ,but i do not know how to look them up. the #s are 8048421 any one know ?thanks JD

yes it does look like it was rebuilt but i think it a 90 hp cant be sure .does the # tell any thing ?
