My buddy has a Suzuki DT 85 with a serial number of 8501 411359. Can anyone tell me what year it is? We need to find a service manual for it, since we've been struggling with a few things:
-Automoatic choke doesn't work. We have to take the lid off each time to sart it, is this normal?
-Overheats if we run it 3/4 throttle or above. After reading previous blogs, it sounds like we should change the impeller and thermostat (if it has one).
Any other advice?
