What year is my 115 Evinrude Jet

My outboard is missing the ID plate.

This number is on the silver plug in the block

G3277490

I think it is between a 1992 - 1996 but can’t be sure.

Lost compression in one hole and may change out the power head.

Any help appreciated!!
