what year is my 15 merc

Hi guys i have a 15 horse mercury 2-stroke Serial # 0G288092 and I was hoping someone could help me with the year. It is probably newer than a 1990. I tried all four sites on the sticky post and it didn't fit into any of the charts. It was given to me and it is having electrical issues so i need to know what year in order to get a wiring diagram etc... thanks in advance fellow boaters
