What year is my Merc outboard

I just purchased a zodiac RIB with a 15hp Mercury outboard. The serial number is: 06112073, can anyone tell me what year it is? I looks and runs great, starts on first or second pull and runs very quiet.

1994, it's a manual start, short shaft.... and the serial number is not 06112073, it's 0G112073.
