What year is my Merc?

Says its a 9.8HP 110 on the cover. Having trouble finding the serial on some of the sites that I see with the lists and wanna look for a manual. Especially an operator manual as this is my first boat and outboard and am unsure how to operate and maintain.

1980/81 there is no serial number seperation for those 2 years

Thank you kindly. Now I can get a manual for it and learn more about this thing and see if I can put an electric start on it.
