What year is this motor

I am trying to find out what year my outboard 115hp Mercury engine is. I've searched high and low online with the seriel # and cannot find it. I'm thinking it's an '86. I don't have the seriel # on me but it is either A801442 or A108442. Can anybody help me with this?

You can check out maxrules.com once you get the number.

The first # you gave is a single cylinder model #1002206 and the second one is a 2 cylinder model #1025225.
Check your # again.

Oops, sorry. I had the right #'s, just the wrong order. The seriel # on the motor is A180442. Can anybody tell me what year this is?

1115625 is the model and it is a 1985.
