What year,,,,,,or Where is Starcraft.

I believe that I have found out what manufacturer built my 15' aluminum boat. I believe that it is a StarCraft. Now the problem is what year. It is definately pre 1970 as it has a 3 digit prefix rather than a 3 letter prefix in the hull number.<br /><br />I have tried to find a phone number or address or email to the StarCraft manufacturer, but to no avail. An Email address would be even better.<br /><br />Does anyone out there know the numbering system for boats that may give me a clue about the year of the boat.<br /><br />Thanks in advance for your help!!!!

That Smokercraft issue is questionable, as a recent Starcraft brochure states that they have always been a family business.<br /><br />In any event, while they make a lot of new boats, don't expect any help or parts from Starcraft on your older boat.

We have found the information. It is a 1963 Starcraft. I found an 800 number and a gentleman by the name of Steve was very helpful.
