what year outboard mercury do i have?

serial number 5394274 cowling says that it is a 150 but carb, cover says 175 i think that it is a 1979? could anyone verify horsepower aswell v6.

It's a 1979 if it's a 175 the carbs will be one of the following numbers WH-1,4,6,7,13,17,30 or 34

i am still not sure of horsepower and year i checked carbs and said wh7-1a
