What's max RPMs and a proper propeller for my boat

I have a 1989 65hp Suzuki engine. I am curious what my max RPMs should be and what size propeller will give me the best performance.

I guess the real question should be, where can I find the max RPMs for my motor. The boat repairs man told me he thought 5000. I had someone tell me 6200 and another tell me 5800. I don't have the owners manual with the motor, so it is hard to tell. Thanks guys and gals.
