A friend of mine has a Martin "60" in excellent shape. The serial number is C 101682, from Martin Motors in Eau Claire, Wis. Division of National Pressure Cooker Co. Can anyone help me with the year and value?
Thanks.
billt23

Re: What's my Martin "60" worth?

You motor is a 1950 standard model 60 it is a 7.2hp. It uses 3/4pint oil to the gal of gas. These motors are interesting, do to the fact they use pop-it style valves for the intake. The Martin 60 is not rare nor all that valuable. My guess on price would be some where between free and $100. depending on condition and who wanted it. They are a nice motor and fun to play with
