sounds like fuel pump BUT it could be your Idle Air Control muffler. Its a piece of "foam" that muffles the air bypassing at idle. Hopefully someone else chimes in.

The sound is constant, not fallowing the rev of the engine..

The fuel pump is new,I change it because i got bad reading, the needle was not static on the gauge and the boat stalling when he sit for 45 min+ i dont want to restart, now this problem is solve.... I will take a look at the IAC muffler.

I am not sure what sound you are referencing. If its the buzzing, whining sound its the fuel pump. They are all noise.

Yeah, this sound!!
I start to figure it's normal, because my fuel pump is new and do the same sound as the old one, but the pressure is good on this one!

That does not sound like a fuel pump to me. If it is, that is incredibly loud. Mine is carbed and significantly lower pressure than yours (like 6 compared to your 42-ish) but that is annoying. It's also not a steady sound, like it's got a hiccup in it. A fuel pump should be a steady whine, not that buzzer/whine you've got going on. Use a mechanics stethoscope to find the source.

I noticed the other day in my buddies carburatored boat how much quieter his was vs mine. He doesn't have an electric fuel pump. They are noisey, In cars they are buried in the fuel tank so the gasoline mutes them. I had a replica cobra that had an electric fuel pump but carbed. i hated the noise so much i went back with mechanical fuel pump.

Could it be a bad bilge ventilation blower motor? Seems to me that when the bearings go bad, they start to vibrate and sound like that? If it's not running during the video, disregard :)

The problem is , the sound didn't fallow the RPM, a bad bearing usually fallow the RPM .
I will remove the strap to see....

If you think it's the fuel pump, disconnect it and power it directly from the battery on its own. if it makes the noise, there ya go. If not, move on...
