what's the differences in models?

What is the differences between the standard evinrudes and the models that are designated as commercial or specials? i'm speaking of the 20 to 30 or 35 hp range and are they worth the extra coin.

There is a difference in features offered,----No difference in internal powerhead parts.-------Sometimes an exercise in getting rid of surplus parts from a warehouse.-----On bigger motors they come with recoil starters / no power trim / no oil injection / tiller steering.-----On 2 cylinder motors the commercial comes with the 3 cylinder lower unit etc.-----Sure some can point out a few more items

In some cases they are just older models revived. Especially if such older model was simpler or cheaper to build.
