Whats the problem

I cant get my motor to run!!!!!!!!! I have fire , have fuel, everything, just want start. It will start with the carb off the intake but not on intake!! It was running fine when I bought it but now nothing. Need advice

Lack of information is the biggest problem, what are we working on here. Be VERY specific, include SN's if possible.

What work have you done on the engine to "improve" it since the last time it was running?
