what's the year of my mariner 60hp

I cant find a model number but found a plate with the serial number here it is

oc259182 what year is my mariner?


all so i keep changing my impeller but it tears up into piecies every time i change it and the motor wont pee water it's not cooling am i using the wrong impeller or something so knowing the year may help get the right parts i'm thinking.or i'm just puting it together wrong maybe?
