What's this part called?

Hi all,

I'm new to the site and new to the boating community. I have a 1994 Bayliner Capri 2050 LS I/O 4.3 Mercruiser 205hp Alpha One...I just bought it used and realized afterward to my own chargin that this part was missing...

Would anyone know where I can find it? or have someone rebuild it? is that possible?

If it's that upholstered and padded part under the helm you might have a hard time finding one "off the shelf." Any good marine upholsterer or canvas shop would be able to make you a new one. Also, looked at the other pics and it looks like the upholstered pads around the bow rider seats might be missing as the pics just show the hooks which secure the pads.

Thanks so much...I didn't even realize the bow cushions missing. Again, I'm so new that I didn't know it had it there...do you know what it would look like? Or just go to the same place to buy replacement cushions?

looks alot like my boat on the weekend...2 big dogs (labs) dripping water all over instead of drooling

if you don't have any luck with the dealer, upholstery shops can make just about anything you need. this is a good time of the year to deal with that. you'll probably get a better price out of an automotive place, they can also get marine grade vinyl and thread.

You could have thet panel made at a local upholstery shop - but honestly I wouldnt worry about it. the pads in the bow however - those clips are not very comfortable to lean against.

Congrats on the new boat!

The panel under the dash i would not worry about unless you want it for a storage compartment.
The side panels for the bow would need replaced so nobody gets cut on those brackets.

Looks like me on the water..my 2 Boxers love my boat!
