What's wrong with this picture?

What is wrong with / missing from this picture (except a prop, nut, and coder pin), if anything? Also is this Spacer on the right way, on the shaft...or is it backwards? And should it be in its current position, or in front of the prop?

This is an 1987 Evinrude 48 hp special.

That's the way mine looks on my 15 Evinrude and 150 Johnson; if it's wrong then I've run them wrong for 20 years.
