When to Rehub prop?

I pulled my prop this year on my 165 hp Mercruiser, pic attached.

I don't know much about hubs on these. How does this one look?

I just want to make sure this is good to go for another season.

I've never heard of someone replacing a hub until it actually spins.

As rndn says, most props aren't rehubbed unless the bond between the rubber and the prop lets go and the hub spins. That said, yours looks like it is getting ready to let go but the question is "when?" Nobody can predict that. Your best insurance would be to buy a new prop and use this one for backup if you are at all concerned. Aluminum props are not a major investment in the overall scheme of things.
