Where (and how) to locate anchor winch?

I recently bought a 2007 G3 V167C. It's a great boat and everything works perfectly, but it doesn't have an anchor winch. I bought a hand crank Anchor Mate but I'm not sure how/where to mount it on this particular boat. I don't think I want only a stern mounted anchor because of taking waves over the transom. The pointy bow is already mostly occupied with the trolling motor. I have some ideas but they all involve fabricating things and significant jury-rigging. Here's what the boat looks like:

is it possible to re-arrange the trolling motor? It looks right in the center of the bow cap. If you can get it to one side, maybe the anchor mate will fit the other side?:noidea:
