where can i find year

i have a 115 johnson with the model # (j115tbi ecm) or (j115tbl ecm) not sure because sticker is smudged does anyone know what year it is or where i can find out?

thanks high trim ,now i can ask on my 98 115 johnson the wiring harness that goes to the control box has 2 (3pair wires) 1 is purple black and gray the other is purple black and brown w/ yellow strip does anyone know what these are for , they have round eyelets on the ends
