where did my spark go

I just got a 1983 deck boat , it has a 1983 90 hp 4cyl. johnson on it
it did sit for a while but started right up i have been using it , and it ran fine , until the other day i came in from a run, turned off the key , came home and decided to fire it up on the hose and now i have no spark on any plug, it has been getting harder and harder to start , i have unplugged the big red coupler & still no spark . can anybody out there
can help please

hey guys after taking off the flywheel i noticed that the little timing ring was spining around , i guess the glue let go , iam going to JB weld it back on think its the problem, mike
