Where do I put the new fluid at?

Ok guys I need help! When I unscrew the top screw oil comes oozing out, when I unscrew the. Bottom side one it does same thing. I'm trying to put new fluid in it which one do I put it in? My tilt trim motor wont go up on its own half the time, and when it does it comes straight back down. can anyone plz help me with this issue.

To add fluid, it would go into the side hole that is the higher one in your photo attached. Remove this screw plug, you put the fluid in until it just starts to ooze out, then lower the motor all the way (with the plug out) and this allows air to escape. Then raise the motor again, add more oil until it starts to come out, and lower the motor again (with the screw plug still out). Repeat this 3-4 times, then put the screw plug back in and lower & raise the motor a few times letting it sit a minute or two in the down position. Then in the up position, remove the screw plug one last time and add fluid if necessary one more time if the oil does not start to ooze out when the screw plug is removed. If it does, put the plug back in immediately and you should be all set. If trim will still not raise and lower the motor properly, you have another (internal seal??) problem.

EDIT: I failed to mention that you start out with motor in the up position.
