Where do the starter wires go

(On a 4.3L)I'm reconnecting my starter motor and solenoid. Bunch of wires and 4 terminals, two big (at 12 and 6 o'clock) two small (at 9 and 3). I suspect purple goes to 9, yellow goes to 3, battery positive goes to 6, along with the wire coming out of the starter motor itself, and the other red and orange wires go to 12.

NOTHING but the starter motor goes to the C terminal, as shown in the drawing below.
Purple goes to D, Yellow/red goes to B, and the orange, red battery cable, and red/purple wires go to A.

Just for clarification are you talking the starter solenoid or the slave solenoid?
