Its been 3 years since I pulled the motor in my 82 Mark Twain finally died after 28 years of use and I have finally got the time and funds to fix it. I have dropped the replacement motor in but I have forgotten where this one wire goes. Unfortunately the pics I took before removal don't show exactly where it goes. Its the purple wire with white trace I have circled in the pic. I am pretty sure it is the trailer wire for the trim from what I have gathered from searching the internet and looking at wiring diagrams. Anyone know where it should be attached? It looks like it goes to one of the bolts on the harness mount/lifting eye but I cant tell which one.
