Where is my thrust washer for hustler prop with pics

I am trying to install a Hustler prop on my OMC 3.0L with omc outdrive. The directions says I need a thrust washer on before I install the prop. I did not see a removeable washer on the last prop I took off, but after looking at my shaft I did see a raised area that looks like a washer but it doesn't seem to be removeable. Is this considered a thrust washer and do I have the prop installed correctly. Also I had a washer with splines on the last prop that was under the nut and pin. However this prop had an additional silver cap that had to be put on, leaving no space for the washer with splines. Do I need this washer? I have included pictures of the components. Thanks for any help.

That thing on your shaft in the first 2 pictures is your thrust washer! it is removable.

First, yes that is the thrust washer on the shaft in the first two pics.
Second, does that new prop have a removable center hub? I am guessing so, I believe that new brass spacer should have splines on the inside that mesh with the splines on the shaft and on the outside it has 4 or so ridges that mesh inside the removable hub.

If this is the way the hub is, that washer in the last pic is not needed.

Yes there is a bronze piece in the hub with splines on it. So I think that I have it installed right. What kind of grease do I need to put on the splines? Is that something I can get from an automotive store? The nearest marine shop is a good ways away.

Thanks darrklim2, I wasn't sure how those Hustler props mount up, so I didn't elaborate.

About the grease, (marine preferred) but, any type will do,,, or, trailer bearing grease if you have that.
