The lowest price is usually not the greatest value.

Purchase OEM as much as possible and by all means, support iBoats whenever you can!

But then when you complain about how lousy your after-market parts are, you get admonished by some snarky Admiral of the Federation for not buying OEM. :facepalm: Please just suck it up and buy OEM Mercruiser. I've had too many after-market parts fail within a year of installing.

Off the top of my head, a Sierra trim limit switch went T/U in less than 6 months, and a Mallory Exhaust bellows ripped after a few months. I've purchased a decent amount of stuff from iboats, most recently an awesome bimini top, but buy OEM! Don't be the guy who has to bust out the bell housing for the second time in three years. Don't be that guy. :redface:

Why doesn't iboats become a Mercruiser parts dealer???
