where is the best place to buy marine wire?

I have a new to me 28' cruiser that I want to completely rewire, both the 12v and 110v sides. Where is the best place to purchase the wiring and fuse'breaker panels?

make sure the wire is 'tinned' ... it prevents the 'greenies' from travelin' up the conductor..
