Where is trim sending unit/ OMC 88 Sunbridge 24.5

I have a 88 24.5 Sunbridge Bayliner with two trim tabs in the rear. The trim guage does not work but the trims do? where is the sending unit sitting in this boat? What does it look like and is it easy to rewire?

you going to have to supply a littel more info<br /><br />but trim tabs are different then the trim on the outdrive<br /><br /><br />tommays

Is the gauge for the tabs,or for the drive itself ? Usually it's for the drive unit,and located on the starboard side of the gimbal ring.<br /><br />DHP
