Where should this be connected? (Johnson 60hp - 92)

I just bought a johnson 60 hp - 92. The problem is that I don't get any water peeing from the boat. When I followed that "pee hose" to the engine it was connected to a T-connection on the motor (see the picture). My question is where should the other side of that T-connection outlet go?

On my motor, a hose goes from the nylon 90 degree fitting in the waterjacket, over the powerhead, to a nipple with a hose barb on it that shoots the water out the other side. Is anything hooked up to the T connection you mention?

The tee was/Is for a h2o pressure gauge in dash?

Where does the tell tale exit the block?

Sorry it seems like my picture didn't upload from the phone. I looked at a drawing of the engine and on that it looked lite it should be plugged on the other side,coulf that be correct? Yes T-connection exits on the left side standing and looking from the back of the engine.

There was a service bulletin in 1994 to relocate the tell tale hose to the top of the block.---The T feeds water pressure to a gauge.
