where to buy DVA to go onto meter in MN?

I need to get a DVA. I have a few spark issue jobs that i really need to get a dva pretty fast by the weekend. I really need help finding one. I had one from blue point, but i called snap on and they seemed clueless as to what it was. I got mine from snap-on b4 but the sales people are idiots. mine got stolen along with a bunch of my tools and meter

Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

i understand that the cheap ones dont really work cause of EMF but I just need one so i can TS this no spark issue's
