Where to fill tilt and trim?

Having just recently purchasing 1989 tracker evinrude 60 horse motor, I was wondering where to fill the tilt and trim on the motor?

The large slotted screw in the front of the resevoir

Be sure to have it fully trimmed out before filling, then cycle it 5 to 6 times to bleed the air from the system. Then fill again, cycle, etc... until you can no longer fill it.

Maybe a dumb question but by out do you mean motor is up?

Correct. This is to allow as much room in the resevoir as possible.
