Where to get good repair manual for 1996 9.9 HP Mercury 4 cycle

Hi, I became familiar with 2 cycle OMC motors (two 6 HPs, three 25 HPs and two 40 HPs) by now, but recently I got pontoon project boat with 1996 Mercury 9.9EL 4 stroke motor (Serial # OH004746).
It ran perfectly when I tried first time, but on second time it had problem starting. Then it ran for a few seconds and stopped and did not start again.
I injected some gas to cylinders and it started right away and stopped as gas ran out.
I plan to check fuel pump and clean the carb, but I want to find good repair manual preferably specific for this model (do not like those generic ones) .
Can someone point me where to get it?
Google search produces a lot of result, but most of them are junk.

should be this manual. merc dealer wants $76 for new.
They are available elsewhere used for as little as $10
