As above guys?

Once i get my engine running i recon it might be a good idea to blast her full of this! I hear all good reports. It would appear that you can only get it in the States. Is there even an equivalent engine treatment that i could use?

you can get it at any merc, evinrude, suzuki, yamaha, whatever dealer... just ask, they all have their own name for the product, like "ring free" or "power tune", etc.....

All the mechanics that I've worked with do one of two things when they see a can of SeaFoam in a boat. Cringe or Laugh. ;)

Willy, Then the mechanics you've worked with need to be edjumacated. What do they think is in their manufacturers branded decarb spray?

You post a copy of their msds, and I'll post a copy of a Deep Creep msds.

Nothin finer on the market for stabilizing gas.
Simple formula, developed by/for OMC, copied by many companies.

I'm fortunate enough to live quite close to a factory service school. I go to several classes per year. Certain products invariably come up as questions as to whether ot not they are any good. Specifically hydrofoils, Splitfire sparkplugs, Slick 50, SeaFoam, etc. None that I've just mentioned get positive responses. Some products fall far short of their promises, and some prove to be downright harmful. Not sure exactly where SeaFoam falls on this list, but yours are about the first positive comments I've heard of this specific product. Naturally some degree of politics is involved, but I'd rather hear about a product from professionals that have seen effects first hand with their own eyes than rely on a bunch of hyped-up print on some brochure or website.

Not in a 2-stroke, thank you. Adding solvents to gas for a motor that relies on getting it's lubrication from the oil in the gas diminishes the oil's lubrication value by making it less able to stick to the surfaces. I've seen the results on a few V-6s with scored cylinders and a bottle of SeaFoam under the seat. That's enough for me all by itself. Don't want to trash my powerhead to prove a point. Maybe the owners thought "If a few ounces of it is supposed to help, the whole can should help a lot more." I dunno. In a stern drive or a 4-stroke, I have no problem with it.
