Where to mount stereo

Hello all,

I have a 1996 17ft bass tracker pro, and am wanting to install a stereo. I am having trouble trying to select a place to mount the speakers. Has anyone out there done this to a bass boat and do they have any pictures. Thank you.

no idea about where to install in your boat. most ya gotta pick your own custom location and then be sure they fit where ya think yer gonna put them at.
maybe if ya posted up a pic of your boat someone may have a suggestion for you...

my speakers ended up on the sides of my boat. ft. are up kinda high and backs are kinda low back by my rear seats... but that's my boat. yours will no doubt be different. so pick somewhere ya want them, then see if they'll fit... prior to cutting a hole of course.....

fishermen don't own the lake. they gotta share it just like everyone else does... i have a stereo and i enjoy it. i don't always have it on, probably more off than on even. but when i feel like music. i've got the choice. ya don't have to jam it loud and bother others to enjoy it...
