Where year is my old starcraft

I have a old starcraft falcon 14.5 ft aluminum boat and cannot find any info on it serial number is 990751. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this the tag that is rivited to the top right corner of the transom????

No tag there just in front of the controls. Boat is a side console

Usually the last 6 digits on a starcraft is the date code, but in your case the 99 throws me for a spin.....the 0751 COULD be july of 1951, but I don't think that is correct. I will do some calling and see if I can get you an answer!!!!

Sandmanmike1, I talked with a bud at starcraft today, andhe was unable to come up with any history on the number you gave me. He said he would research futher and let me know. I will try and get it to you if he gives me an answer!<br />Take care!!!

Thanks for the help i am a boating newbie. Found a couple minor leaks in her. Any suggestions on how to repair. Also need to find bracket for hooking up old style pulley steering to a old 300 series 1963 mercury 30hp. Thanks again
