1) Read the adults only.
2) My serial plate is destroyed. There was a plate on the port side of the outdrive. Its mega-trashed, corroded and half gone.
3) It's not a gen2 I don't think, those have 6 bolts holding the lower-lower onto the outdrive. This has only 4.

I need an impeller and housing. Well, I want to replace an impeller and housing. I am having no issues with the outdrive right now. (and don't want any) Also going to do the gimbal bearing and the boots, so the whole thing is coming apart.

Grrrr... sorry. I reached up and realized I had a big blob of marine grease in my hair and just hit send. I'm sure that's never happened to anyone here before.

Its an 87 Sea Ray 268. It has been repowered, so I have no idea if this is the original equipment, but the design matches the motor cover designation in that they are both alpha one's of some sort.

TY!
What will I do without a serial number? Is there any hope beyond disassembling it and hoping that Seager marine has the right parts to compare against?

Ayuh,..... There was only one raw water pump ever used in the Alpha 1s,.....
Ditto the bellows kit,.....

The Gen.IIs have a different pump,.....
The older MC-1 used an early water pump, then the later MC-1s, the Rs, 'n the MRs used the same pumps as the Alpha 1s,.....
