Which boat? Chris Craft or Regal

I am in a great dilemma, I found two similar boat an 1997 CC 19 Concept and a 1999 Regal 1900 LSR. Both have same parameters, 4.3 Volvo, mecruiser alpha, trailer, the Regal has this new fast track hull design. The Chris has 200 the Regal has 170 hours. The CC 12000, the Regal 13000 USD.<br />Give me advice, pros and conts, which to buy.<br />Thx

I had that model Chris-Craft. Except for the electrics, it had held up well. The Volvo ran like a train. Was not the best in rough water. For that reason, wish I had gotten something a little bigger.<br /><br />I am not a fan of step hull designs in this small a boat, so my choice would still be the Chris-Craft.<br /><br />Kelly Cook

Thanks for your remark. I had a 92 Concent 19 with 3.0 OMC, I loved that boat, so my heart goes for the Chris Craft too. :)

I have had a few Regals and have been very happy,I know people who have them and have a family member with one .I dont know of a single case of regret.It is not a premium priced boat and it is very well made.I would highly recommend .There is also no history at all of hull blistering.They have always made one of the best hulls.Dont know anything about the Chris but Regal has been around for a long time and Chriscraft has been bankrupt a few times and bought by other boat builders a few times.
