Hi All,
I am new to this forum and just about to pull the trigger on a Sportfish 1950 SST. I was all ready to go ahead with a 200 Verado, but am hearing some people recommend the Opti instead. They say the boat may be a little sluggish out of the hole with a Verado. Also, where my cottage is and where the boat will be most of the time does not have a certified Verado Service center. So now I am not sure what to do with the motor.
Does anyone have experience with ither of these set ups or have any comments about the boat with either motor?
