Which motor manual?

There appears to be at least three manuals to choose from for maintaining / repairing a small (5-10 HP)Evinrude/Johnson outboard. The OMC shop manual, SELOC, and Clymer. Is there any significant difference in them? Which one has the best info - pictures & detailed instructions?<br /><br />Thanks,

factory manuals for your specific model are best.<br />3rd party (seloc, clymers) cover MANY models/yrs.<br />and can be confusing IMHO.<br />cost more too... check local library?<br />good luck,<br />M.Y.

ck out ebay for manual,,just put in johnson evinrude manual in search window,,sev listed original omc

Go to www.theoutboardwizard.com Ralph will need HP, serial number, make, model, and year. He also, I believe, will e-mail pages at 50 cents or so.
