Which prop would you go with?

With a 26ft Cabin Cruiser, 10ft beam, deep V hull... Running off dual Mercruiser 3.7ltr, 190HP each. Outdrives are SE109 (Alpha 1 Gen 1 replacements). Both engines have just been completely overhauled and rebuilt, they have less then 5 hours on both, with no load, just breaking in.

We have yet to get the boat wet since purchased, we wanted to complete the repower, and part of that is replacing both props :)

I am interested in the diameter and pitch, also brands if that makes a difference.

Thanks for any advice.

PS: I would rather not go with SS, since they are more costly and will probably last longer then my outdrives if anything gets hit...

Re: Which prop would you go with?

What ratio drives and engines and props did it come with?

What ratio drives did you put back in?

What top speed are you looking for, and what can the boat handle?

For a SWAG, I would get a dartboard with only 15's and 17's on it and throw for 2 out of three.

The drives are 1.81:1 ratio.

Nothing came with the boat.

I cant say for sure what the boat can handle, i did list the exact type of boat and engines. I am looking for most efficiency with sufficient speed, not looking to be a speed racer for sure.

I really meant to be asking what the boat came with when new, was curious to see what the MFG thought about the ratios and the prop pitch for the intended use as a baseline to compare your setup to.
