Which screw to loosen or remove to drain fuel out of carburetor float chamber on 1998 Johnson 115hp outboard engine model# J115TSLECM?

I have the carburetor diagram from www.crowleymarine.com
I am thinking I need loosen screw# 9 part# 0330131
I need to make sure fuel is getting into the carburetor.

Correct.----Just need to remove one of those on each carburetor.------What is your motor doing / not doing.----
