Which steering link rod/ attaching kit will fit my honda 9.9?

I just received 2007 Honda 9.9hp model BFP9.9DK0-LRTA that was used as a kicker and attached to the main outboard. It does not have the steering link rod or attaching plate. I have searched here and online but only find kits for other makes and not sure if those will fit my motor. Such as this one:
