White smoke 2001 200hp Opti SW Series

Not a lot, only after a high speed run (usually just in the morning) did it a little bit at ~6kts working against the tide.

Not a lot, she doesnt seem to be overheating, doesnt seem to be struggling, speed etc. all seem fine.

what could cause it? bad oil/fuel mix (i.e running rich?) water/condensation in the fuel lines?

thoughts?

White Smoke? Probably "STEAM". Maybe a blown head gasket. I don't know much about Opti's so just my opinion.

Wouldn't a blown head gasket on an outboard impact performance though?
This girl still runs w/ all her horses, and hasn't lost a knot on cruise speed...
