White smoke from dipstick tube

1987 4.3 s/n 0B459735. I noticed white smoke coming from the dipstick tube today. I always have noticed it coming from the flame arrestor. The oil looks good. Not milky at all and clean since it's only had a couple hours on it this season.

Also when hitting the throttle, even lightly, it sounds like it is sucking.

Change your oil and clean out the breather pipes that come from rocker cover to air filter.
