who makes and info on my carb

I have WMK-18 carbs on my motor. Who manufactures them ? Do they have a web site ? I want to find out anything I can about them. I do know they are a back drag carb which I know nothing about how that works. Anyone who can help me out or lead me in the RIGHT direction to find out, I would be much appreciative.
