Why won't my picture show up in my signature?

I've tried both options, uploading pic to an outside site, and uploading directly to iboats on the "edit signature" page. My photo is within size limits both in dimensions and file size, under 25kb. Am I missing something?

Did you click "insert sig pic?"

I don't see anything like that. All it has is a checkbox to delete current pic beside the picture I uploaded, or "save signature" at the bottom.

woo-hoo, got it to work using the [sigpic] tag.
