Will 2.5l head work on 3.0l?

will the 2.5l head that has the intake ports that are not seperated but open together will it work on a 3.0l. also i heard it has smaller valves is this true .

Ayuh,... I thought you had a head,+ the machine shop lost the T-Stat housing....

I'd be Hounding the Machine Shop for my T-Stat housing,+ finish the job...
