Have A 21ft Boat With 105hp Turbo Diesel.i Can Only Get 2000rpm From The Engine Under Load But Have Since Noticed That The Gearbox Is Very Low On Transmission Fluid.could This Be The Cause Of Low Speed

It could if the transmission is starting to lock up from lack of lubrication.
