Will newer V6 power trim fit 90 hp inline 6

I have a 1986 90HP ELPTO s/n: 0A985429 with a 3-wire round style motor.

Previous owner trashed the housing to get the motor out, and now I am going to replace the entire PT assembly. Will the newer V6 power trim set-up fit in my existing mounting bracket?

ALSO, will an Older 1985 50HP with the square motor fit?

Both the V6 and the older 50 HP appear to be a similar 3 ram set-up
